Refund/Exchange♥

*WE DO NOT REFUND/EXCHANGE ACCESSORIES. ONLY APPARELS.

We will only Refund your items if they have a big stain and/or is faulty.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and paid 

All items are not refundable or exchange.
Our price is lower cost than market rate, therefore we cannot afford to do any exchange and refund due to oversea shipping fee.

We will suggest if there are any faulty items please contact us


Self Collection: You should check your items before you leave. we will not refund your stuff once                             you leave.


Local Postage: You should inform the problems in 5 days after we send out the parcel.


Overseas:  You should inform the problems in 3 days after receive the products

We will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to us).
Item tag must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be done
