Payments

Dear customers,

For those who do not make payment withing 72 hours, your orders will be voided. You will need to re-order to get your items.

For those who do this for more than 3 times, you will be blacklisted.

We've had too many cases where people place orders, and when we send them an invoice, they do not pay up or reply again. And we do not chase those people because we are busy serving customers who actually do pay up.

Please do be considerate and help us to make our service more efficient by paying up within 72 hours.

If you need more than 72 hours, please inform us when you will be able to pay up, and make sure you do pay up by that designated date.
